If you are a big time history buff then you have to visit the former home of Martin Luther King Jr. The home, also known as the Dexter Parsonage is a must see. Especially if you're into knowing more about the civil rights movement. It's also a great place to go to soak up the atmosphere from that era. The house has been turned into a museum and there are tour guides who will take you on a tour of the home. There are plenty of photographs and newspaper clippings about Dr. King which will help bring you a little bit closer to the man. The home also has a room that served as Dr. King's office and it will give you plenty of insight into the man he was. The Hank Williams Museum is the place for you if you are a fan of old time country music and want to visit a place dedicated to one of the finest musicians that ever lived. She's quite the beauty to look at in person. The museum is also home to so many records, photos, boots and guitars that you'll be walking around the museum for hours.
